How We Collect Information
We collect information to provide better services to all of our users. We do not collect any personal information unless you provide it. We may request this personal information when a product or demo is accessed, for PiNG subscriptions, or when additional information about our products or services is requested. When you visit our site, some information is also automatically collected through the use of log files and/or cookies, such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your computer’s operating system, the browser type, the address of a referring web Service and your activity on the Service. We use this information for purposes such as analyzing trends, administering the Service, improving customer service, diagnosing problems with our servers, tracking user movement, and gathering broad demographic information for aggregate use.
When you use our email support services, we collect your correspondence in order to build up a public knowledge base, which will be available to all users of the Site. Your correspondence will probably not be used verbatim, but likely paraphrased in a FAQ format.

You may “opt-in” to receiving promotional communications including, without limitation, promotional emails, from us by following the instructions on the membership registration page. You may change your election to receive such promotional communications at any time by emailing us at [email protected] or by changing your election via the Site. Transactional service communications including, but not limited to, messages about your registration, will not be subject to the foregoing opt-in procedures.
Security of Personal Information
We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information (including, preventing the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of your personal information). Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable. If you use a password on the Site, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share it with any other person. If you believe your password has been misused, please advise us immediately.
